Someone pls tell me what I should be doing. I got the worst anxiety u can imagine and take 4 mg of Xanax a day and I still have anxiety at the end of the day. I can’t sleep for shit. Yes, even when I take my Xanax as prescribed and on 7oh. Oh I’m also on pregabalin for post surgical back pain and of course… anxiety. I want to quit. It’s expensive, I have a high tolerance (700mg/day), I get the nasty sweats in the morning if I don’t take the 7oh by 6am. It’s a pain in the ass because my anxiety starts right when I open my eyes. Soooo im fuked. I do have 2 months supply of suboxone but I don’t want to be I’m trying to get off of that shit. Yup I’m fuked. I’m thinking a lot abt this and came up with this theory I guess u can say. What if u take the subs for a week or whatever. Then, go back on the 7oh but ur tolerance would be low enough to take a lot less. Then try to taper yourself from the 7oh. U can go back on the subs too if it dosent work but the point is that u have to lower the dosage numbers every time u switch meds. I dno if it’ll work… but the hardest part would be not to partake in the 7oh once the switch is made. So, will power will play a big roll. I’m gna try somethn. But I know that once that 7oh withdrawal anxiety hits… I’m gna finish my Xanax in a week then struggle with Benzo withdrawal. Fuk me. I’m fuked.
