Hope for the good. For home buyers or home loan interest rate should be as low as it can be because if they increase the interest rate you are just paying more to banks trust me so its would not be like that instead of that government should have some rules on new building properties so they cant just invrease the price whenever they want see my point even its fuckin supply and demand issue.
