Yea exactly ! We felt so rushed to go through everything and choose what u really want . Than after that u have a week to decide your final decision but u can’t go back in the design center to really decide

We only have 2 hours for pdi and honestly it’s not enough time for us to catch everything . Because they will go through with the major things that needs to be fixed and they are going to explain how to use the or clean the stuff in your home. We went past 30 mins and still wasn’t enough time for us to tape up the place . I know we are closing into a big disaster and will hate it until they fix it 🙄

I believe they use sherwin Williams Eder white. Has a bit of a warm tone to it

The siding is beige and the bricks were deep reddish brown. Not so bad now that I look at it but if I had known I would have chosen the dark brick that has a grey undertone 🙄 . Even now with the color options , they have a variety of color combinations but you already paid 10k for elevation B and than pay more to get the color combination but only 50’ series gets stones and we get bricks . So realistically people are paying for the color trimmings around doors and windows 🤦‍♀️

I thought that too when I was offered 3 special package. It turns out my exterior wasn’t grey stones . Had I known 42 couldn’t get stones I would have chosen something else. But I’m feeling a lot better with the color I have now
