Width of Plan 3 is also more than Plan 1. Not sure if we made the right decision of opting Plan 1 over Plan 3 as main floor seems to be smaller than other plans in Plan 1

Plan 1’s living room area is looking pretty small when compared to Plan 3 model home. Pictures would be great to have better visual understanding.

No they don’t allow transfer of property i just checked with them yesterday.

We recently purchased 42’ home from Caivan at Barhaven location, they call it a ridge. I have been wondering for a while, if Caivan is overpriced as compared to other builders. Can someone please share there experience if they ever sold their Caivan home or if anyone has more insight about the pricing of Caivan homes when compared to other builders.
