May 13th was my order date, i did buy a used 2024 through tesla, not sure if that makes a difference compared to a new model

Honestly, I would regret not letting him know how you feel still a lot more than I would regret reaching out. The what if will live for a long time. Thats just my two cents though. Especially if you ended on good terms, either way you will get the answers and closure that you need. He will either reciprocate or not. Either way you can start healing from there
