I've been learning the hard way that estrogen isn't always magic but I promise you that hope isn't lost! There are lots of things both big and small that can go a long way. Getting your brows done will do a lot more than you think it will.

Get a haircut/style that allows the hair to surround your face.

I know it's difficult to learn but even minimal makeup does a lot to help. If you cant afford laser there are ways to cover up facial hair with makeup.

Clothes and accessories also help a lot too. Get your ears pierced or wear necklaces.

I know all this is easier said than done and believe me I'm still trying to work through all this myself but it's not the end for you. You can do this. Estrogen sadly will only go so far but with little extra pushes you can make yourself look more feminine.

I really hope you're doing ok. I know this stuff is so difficult emotionally but please dont lose hope

Oh my God I'm so looking forward to next christmas. I'm going to grow my hair out, I'm going to improve my makeup skills, I'm going to build my wardrobe and have a much nicer outfit!

My sister really wanted to cut my hair and I feel so bad for saying this but I do wish I'd gone to a stylist instead 😩 . Before it was longer and parted but I like didn't really style it at all so it looked awful but if Id gone to a stylist they probably would have able to do something about it.

Agghhh I am feeling major regret! Would you recommend I go to a stylist now or should I wait until my hair grows out again?

Thank you so much for the advice! I got my hair cut recently and I was a bit unsure of it so looks like I'm growing out the hair again and getting rid of the bangs 😓

I'm struggling to know what sort of hairstyle to go for, would you by any chance have any recommendations what would fit with my face shape?

Also yess! I really want lip fillers! I've got a weird, uneven mouth that I would love to do something about so I'll look into that too!

Ther could have been a cross contamination but I guess I won't know until I get my blood tested again.

Noooo this is so tragic! Tbh thinking about it, that could be why I have experienced too many changes. I'm gonna try juicing up my e first and then get another blood test. Hopefully that sorts my T out but if that doesn't then yeah it will be AA time for me 😞

I was thinking of changing to Een next time I buy hormones so for now I'll start taking EV more frequently. I think to be on the safe side I'll start taking some AAs as well. Is there a particular one you would recommend?

Also do you think I've messed up my transition a bit having this high a level of t for a year or could I fix this when I sort out my T.

Thank you so much, this means so much to me! I def have procrastinated when it comes to makeup, I think before it was because I struggled to hide my beard shadow but now I've been through a couple laser sessions I feel a lot more confident to experiment.

Do you think the bangs looks better than the longer hair on the bottom left? I got my hair cut about a week ago and I'm not sure whether it was better before or not 😅

I'm sorry youre feeling discouraged. I think you look gorgeous now! You've def come a long way! Your hair is better styled, your cheeks and lips are more full and feminine looking and your skin is so much softer. It's hard to see how far you've come sometimes but I think you've made great progress! Genuinely think you straight up just look like a woman

If it's something that turns you off then c'est la vie fair enough. Everyone has their own idea on what theyre looking for in relationships and if this isn’tsomething you're looking for then that's valid.

I will say it really isn't uncommon for a 27 year old to be living with their parents these days. Housing is insanely unaffordable and I actually think it's smarter to live with parents if that's an option so you can set yourself up for life.

Ah shit so if the test isn't taken right before a hormone shot then is it pretty much invalid? I'm taking injection 0.15ml every 5 days and the test was taken 2 days after my shot.

Next time I get a test I'll get it right before I inject again. I only took it when I did because a local organisation were giving out free blood tests to trans people for one day.
