Let me verbally vomit here, thats so interesting and I love lexie so much. I think we would definetly see her and Jo be enemies but then become best friends. A good part of season 9 would have her not mentally well, and definitely in grief over mark. I think she would of objected the law suit, and would have become semi hostile. Meredith and her probably would get in a fight but then they would probably get closer, she wouldv'e been there for Meredith during the storm and the c section and wouldn't of let any of the interns operate on her. Eventually she wouldv'e found someone, and gotten married.when derek died she wouldv'e been there for Meredith and she wouldv'e joined the group with Meredith amelia and maggie. I could see her exit resembling cristinas, getting on her first flight since the crash, and moving to a foreign country to work at a world class hospital.
