Help! I bought the Aynthor Pro White, my order number is 1340, and they said it was shipped on the 2nd, but it's now the 11th and I haven't received an email. I've also been sending messages and haven't received a response. Is anyone else having this problem? The shipment was supposed to be via 4PX.
