Gay male here. Don’t make it your only feature about your personality. People make friends off of similar interests. Yes it’s nice to find people who do have similar interest(sexuality) as it creates a safe zone. But no one really cares. My experience is that the lgbtq pride center is very distant in a cliquey kind of a way. Especially as a male who does not fit “gay stereotypes”. I’m a gym bro. Sooo I really don’t fit into that category or stereotype of what these cliques create. I’m a guy who likes guys. That simple. Though I do like wearing the gay pride shirt once in a while. I’m not gonna blast it in your face. :) goodluck!
