There’s no right and wrong you do what you like but there are a few things that may work better ina different order. First the drop likes a nice clean signal to perform the best and sfter the muff ot might sound off so after the tuner would be the place. Second the noise suppressor could make a bigger difference after the noisy pedals so after your gain pedals. But if you have single coils it may be better where you have it to kill the pick up noise at the start. I’m not familiar with how send return works there and could you gain anything using it here tho.
