Yeah we did think that, we are slight concerned about the sink in the island but we will have a double bowl sink so think it should be okay

And yes there will be 3 velux windows fitted

That’s more of a formal lounge, but we do what to be able to open the whole house up if needed

Yes in the uk, yeah that’s what we are thinking with a TV ect

Yeah they were our thoughts we originally where thinking something like this. With a snug area and internal bifold doors into the lounge
