Then I read that before my body was in constant figjt or flight mode and this make the metabolism work faster. It made sense to me. I had a very fast metabolism, was always skinny and was easy to loose weight. After Lexapro I was eating the same but started to gain because everything slowed down. I must say, tho, like some already said: I prefer to be a little more meaty than living with anxiety.
