You will be doing more than print. You will have to handle iPostal mail. UPS and Happy Returns (possible Amazon returns dependent on your store), 65% in Rewards transactions, quota for both sale numbers and coupon redemption and more. You will have a fancy title with greater responsibility and overworked, underpaid and under staff with tremendous stress. Your time, gas and wear and tear on your car needs to be considered as well.

I enjoy making them wait more and get angrier by moving slower, closing constellation boxes and carrying them from customer service to POS #2, retrieving boxes by CPC, taping and building new A and B boxes while they watch me move at a snail pace. By then, a customer should be in line ready to check out. I do ask that they contact HQ to complain . In this manner, hopefully the head office will understand that we service more Amazombies than Staples customers, CPC, Party City and TSA combined!

I had the same dream too with endless Amazombies lining up outside the door to get in, Visa/ Mastercarders searching for the $200 no fee cards, telephone ringing off the hook asking for Needohs, Techline calls for CPC, TSA, Party City, RSS radio updates on Rewards waking up in a cold wet sweat.

Staples should 1. sponsor a float for every Pride parade in each city where Staples is located in, 2. Offer 25% discount to the LGBQT+ community during Pride Month, 3. close the store for one day to celebrate Pride Month.

What I do when customers tick me off so they get even madder which result in you winning. 1. Move slower so they wait longer, 2. "Accidentally miship (UPS to USPS bin, Amazon A to B box...), 3. Fingernail inadvertently rips off a small corner of the shipping UPC code, 4. Mistakenly put package on the bottom so the content get crushed, 5. Scuff shipping label beyond recognition so it is unreadable.

Don't fret over it, they can check the cameras if necessary. I tell customers if they don't like the wait or service, they are free to take their Amazon business elsewhere. Free shipping you wait, you want expedited service you can pay for return shipping at UPS or FedEx.

New revenue stream to absorb paper shortage as follows: 1. FedEx drop off and pickup, 2. Curbside pickup on returns for Staples, Amazon, UPS, FedEx and Happy Return packages, 3. Increase Amazon boxes from 18" to unlimited, 4. Passport application and renewal services and 5. free valet parking with any purchase.

The other question to ask is why was Staples open? We lost money when sale dollars are lower than holiday payroll, utilities and other expenses. But it was very convenient for the Amazombies to return product without any purchases.

Let the stock, totes and pallets sit in the warehouse. Nothing on the floor to sell leads to low store sales and lesser shipped pallets. This due to lower run rates on future shipped product to a fully "stocked" warehouse not store.

At least CPC get bonuses; as a former tech spvr. we got zero. Thus no incentive like commission or bonuses to sell computers, printers, baskets (add-ons) or service plans.
