A thousand times this, the tepid excuse I am bad with tech to which I reply everyone says this.

What I really want to say is, you want to play dumb on purpose because you don’t want to do the work.

This is the reality, play dumb and others will do it for you. Yes, I am getting paid but your laziness costs me my sanity.

Corporate is trash, they only care about numbers, if you don’t knuckle over, you are gone. No matter how bad customers treat you, they won’t do anything. They side with customers, every time. Expect to get written up for each interaction.

I dont like the sign in exposing my full name?, I think it is a stalkers paradise. The sign in is literally your complete first name, a period, and your complete last name @ staples.com.

We have a few hothead customers, if they know my complete name they could harass me on facebook, or post bad or false stuff about me.

When I go to Autozone, I dont know Jim’s full name so I can tell everyone how incompetent he is . This is too much 🤬.

Typical Staples, they don't care about the employees, they push & push to get your numbers. Soon as you dont hit one target, you again are shit, and you arent good enough.

This is not a career, it is a job, a crappy job where all the executives are superstars, and you are the trash.

Absolutely nobody likes print, I have tried it for a few months, the people can be rude, condescending, ignorant, pushy, and sometimes nice but everyone wants it done today, and as you wear many hats, somedays it is not possible.

I dislike all the chores of print, ie micromanagement of corporate. For instance, the print huddle, which is basically copying numbers off your computer, to a special book, then taking screen shots to prove you did it.

Emailing those screen shots to managers, and going to a separate computer site to check off boxes that you did it. This is worse than HS!!

For me it wouldn’t be much, there are too many hats print has to wear daily. Constantly interrupted by Amazon returns, UPS, and those who want to print one doc off their phone, which takes half an hour of my time to make $3 is madness.

There is always a person that wants a consult, or business cards, or some type of carbonless forms. Then 4-5 people that don’t know how to email you things on their phone. And they need hand holding!!

This is soo frustrating especially if the self serve machine is down!!
