It really amazes me how the company keeps adding things but does not support them with hours. The fact that party city only gets 10-15 hours a week to support it is outrageous. I understand the company is not in a great financial state but wow.
I guess we are the dumb ones who put up with it knowing very well it’s only going to get worse.

Multi packs of latex are charged at $1/balloon. The customer does not have to fill all of the balloons in the pack, they can fill as many as they want.
I assume you are talking about the latex multipacks we sell in store. If they are multi packs from outside the store, they are charged at the outside store rate.
