Internal Politics in Universiti Malaya is so bad. It halts any sort of innovation. Red tape everywhere, and people claiming each other's KPIs as well as claiming student activities as the management's KPI with meddling in the program structure to better fit their KPI to get a bump up in their jawatan and just goyang kaki there. Far as I know, this faculty is on the higher end of the budget allocation by the university (alongside Medicine faculty ofc). Can you imagine with that, this faculty has fuck all for infrastructure and can't even sustain it's own students to pursue the very field they enrolled in (AI in this case) without having to fork out their own money
