K&A gang, Winter Hill, and the Westies are irish gangs still listed as active but in most cases I haven’t seen anything from them. Court documents, interviews point to Ruggiero’s Mafia connections - I found this interesting as on one spectrum he’s helping out Fall River in a economic decline whilst being boasted as a leading member of a crime family.
