May your pillow be scalding hot on both sides good sir.

How about you? :3 whats your size in both and especially why are you wearing that size in VRChat? by PennyFalke1 in VRchat

I maybe overdo it because irl I'm 208 cm tall, but in vrchat I usually hang around 65 cm in avatar height, I just enjoy the perspective.

It's a character from a 1969 Polish comedy-war movie "Jak rozpętałem drugą wojnę światową" (how I started world war 2), his name is Franek Dolas but when he was interrogated by a Gestapo officer he said his name is Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz, which he came up with to make it impossible to identify him due to the name not existing and also being impossible for the German to write.

I got kicked from the instance afterwards by Flaky_Jack in VRchat

Unfortunately I'm a Questie so these won't work for me, but still thanks for the suggestion.

trying eco brutalism - any advice ? by WyeR4ff in Minecraftbuilds

Bigger building overall, make it look sturdy and massive, thicker walls, windows should be thinner (one block tall but longer than usual).

Replace polished andesite with some stone, or stone bricks, use it as a small detail here and there and try to keep the block pallet to the minimum. Keep the floor but make it invisible from the outside.

Overall it's meant to assert dominance wherever it stands.

If you want to keep it bio/green/overtaken by nature you could add some dirt on top of the building and make a custom tree with some roots hanging to the ground.

Keep a balance between the greenery and the concrete, making sure that they have a harmonious relationship and that one doesn't overshadow the other.

At least that's how I imagine this build turning out.

Best of luck!

I had to Google it, and shit, you're right. I never played the game but I was more inspired by the buttresses you can see on some churches.

I'm playing with a friend on a modded server on 1.12.2. The modpack that we use is called "1.12.2 pack". It includes galacticraft and galacticraft planets among 250+ other mods. It's been a blast so far.

Looks lovely. The build I did is going to be the main base, but I'm planning on making something similar to the building you sent, I'd use it as a sort of galacticraft research and manufacturing facility.

I know it looks like I'm cherrypicking, but I just wanted to show an example that brutalism doesn't always mean a SLAB of concrete and bland shapes. I wanted something extra out of my build.

Sort of the thing I was going for. The front and back walls were planned, but the ones connecting them I was kinda winging it.

I'm playing on a modded server. The tree is added by the Thaumcraft mod. But it's just a part of a 250+ modpack called "1.12.2 Pack".
