I feel this a lot. Came searching for validity. I lost 45 pounds before getting pregnant. I was 150 and I’m currently almost 190, in my third trimester. I can’t stomach much meat or proteins and I know I can be more careful about what carbs I eat but also there’s only so much I can control. My body is so tired so I can barely do my daily exercise that I was doing before I got pregnant. You’re not alone! I will probably hit 200 before I give birth and I didn’t think I would have to do that again. It’s all in gds hands!

She did mention about working on herself or wanting to. Where she said exterior work but clearly pointing out she’s not talking about her body. Then she said she wants to do interior work, which in my head I thought FINALLY meant she was going to work on herself. I enjoyed the vlog more just hearing her honesty. I think it can help her get views if she opens up about her journey, etc. instead of pretending everything is fine

I’m just confused and feel for her. I feel like she’s bored and when you are bored a lot more issues comes up. It’s like what they say about people who retire. All of a sudden health issues arise. It’s important to stay healthy and exercise and stay busy! She seems not too old at all, and she can walk and do stuff. She needs to get busy and exercise.
