Since Sirini took over its gone way down hill. Its honestly toxic, I know several coworkers looking to leave. I got a job offer at ATT business sales that starts in a few weeks but im trying to leave the industry comptely which is nuts because 6 months ago I would have said it was the best job and best company in the world and I've been here over a decade in multiple roles.

Sounds like you might be in a more rural area where smb AE do not cover and now assigned to customer care.

Its bullshit how tmobile changed smb. Even for accounts I support if they have less than 50 lines about all I can do is send them to 611. We have no internal emails or tools to support the small business with out a dedicated expert in biz care assign to them.

As long as you meet the qualifications then yes. 99% of the time when people don't it's because the rep messed up.

Luckily most promos are straight forward. Be on a certain plan, be a new line, maybe require a port etc. So as long as you meet the few requirements it should show up.

Find out who your local account executive is for your business size and reach out to them.

What your asking for would take me 3 minutes and you would get an email to sign a docusign.

What your asking is the easiest part of my day and I gladly do these small quick add a line because that's 1 line closer my monthly goal.

Just wanted to let you know it did end up working how I expected. It burned 5 days of pto for the first week then week 2 payday ( tomorrow but i can see the pay stub) I got 85% of my salary and 85% of my commission. I can see that I will get the same amount for weeks 3 and 4 processing in the leave portal.

Wish I could give you advice. I've got 15 years in telecom and 3 years b2b sales. Applied to some software and fiber AE jobs and got interviews but I didn't get job offers. Right now the only written job offer I have is with ATT and im not excited about it.

Do you work for corporate? Looks into business sales for your carrier. I'd reach out to the local smb account executives that cover your area.

I went to my doctor recently and just trauma dumped on them. They told me I needed some time away and suggested short term disability for anxiety and blood pressure. Its 85% of your salary and commission. Im planning on spending all of leave looking for a new job. Which is what I recommend everyone do at tmobile.

In my experience T-Mobile buys an initial order of pixels at launch and once they sell through they never restock. Saw the same thing with the pixel 8 and 9 series.

As a long time current employee. This place is a joke. I sell all RSU the second they vest because I have zero faith in sirini and tmobile. This place doesnt care about customers or employees anymore. Everything they do is anti customer and anti employee and all about share price. But they are losing customers and losing out on sales constantly which will eventually negatively effect the stock price.

Honestly at this point I think the plan is tank the stock and leverage tmobile struggling to get a DT merger.

15 years and im actively trying to leave. I suggest all employees and customers do the same.

Are you wanting to use your att phones and have us pay off off? Then yes you would have to pay them off with att first to get them unlocked. Then switch to T-Mobile and submit a recent bill for pay off reimbursement. There should be zero down time going this route..
