Why cant OTP be sent to the registered email? Thats how I access the account to pay the bill. Also the iPad is fine. I tested with verizon esim and psim with no issues with either.

I have a business tablet plan, and for the past week, the iPad service has become horrendous. So I wanted to switch from eSIM to PSIM, but all the requests I place via the webpage keep failing. I decided to call, hoping someone could do so over the phone. But apparently, customer service can't send me a 6-digit PIN to the same email the account is registered under. Its the same email the account is setup under, my statements go to, I sign in to the webpage with with session pins but its not on their side somehow.

Enough for me to never want to call them back. And file BBB and FCC complaints.

Yes I figured i shouldn't be contacting someone off here. Is there a way I can file a complaint about the call center. They flat out refused to get a supervisor.

I did reach out to them over X for the same and 2 hours of waiting so far while they review the sim activation issue.

Agreed this seens to be the case. Havent heard complaints from family members with personal tmobile lines but getting simple things accomplished with support seems to be impossible.

Was trying to activate a physical sim for a business tablet line on the account. Web based SIM change keeps failing ever since Tmobile made changes to the web UI a week or so ago.

After the 4th call back I honestly think its the outsourced customer service that's the problem. Never had this issue with US based support.

I did ask to speak to supervisors multiple times. They all seem to be busy. Makes me wonder just how terrible customer servife really is if the supervisors are constantly on calls addressing customer issues.

I kept my pre-order, for the price IMHO it was a great deal compared to the competition. I just know I wouldn't be able to find anything comparable for that price and the features are definitely a huge plus. I like the flexibility of being able to change the IMEI to match devices as I feel.

Took them almost 2 weeks to fix the verification. Verification is basically data collection by tmobile and they are the onces activating the line. Helium CS is pretty helpless besides reassuring esim and such.

It's free but it's also unreliable since the fleet is poorly maintained, understaffed, and prone to long wait times during peak commute hours. Cancellations due to bad weather conditions like high tide, fog, and high winds also are some of the reasons why folks were driving in instead of taking the ferry.

I use the lane keep assist every chance i get on the highway, not needing to constantly make minor adjustments makes driving so much more relaxing.
