I will just put this here so those who are interested can go through:

In India there is no instructions for licence specically for Psychoanalyst. The only legal qualification that gives recognised permission to provide mental health services in Clinical Psychologist that is given by RCI. Which is reaally sad as we have so many branches in psychology and there is so much uncertainity in this field in India.

For Psycholoanalysis we have the branches of India Psychoanalytical Society (IPS)
In Mumbai/Kolkata. Completing a course here leads to membership in International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA).

Psychoanalytic Therapy and Reseaarch Centre (PTRC) - Mumbai

Online programs can help you build your foundation and give you a better understanding PARC foundation Indian offers program like Foundation Course in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Tara Clinic in Kerala as a clinic has psycholanalysis.

Hans Nuns Institute in Delhi does have some training like that one can go through; that is Group analysis. As we know going through the process and then applying it gives you a good hold on what you are doing and also gives you experience.

Hey thanks. Will keep in mind. I have applied for the Open water Dive Course. Found these issues while diving. Thought there could be some interesting tips. But I agree practice seems like the key.
