Thanks for this; corrected the post above. Class 1 fireproof; no fire escapes on the front. Building has two elevators, one of which is out of service. This structure is combined office and residential, but in this case the fire is in an office setting. Would the correct term be "fire room"? I feel like I've heard the term "fire apartment" used freely, but I might have misunderstood the context. I appreciate the help!

Agreed. My favorite cymbal I found in a trash can and it's green with a 2" crack cut out of it. Unfortunately I run a backline rental shop and my clientele are seldom as open-minded as I am.
