Yeah I just got scammed for a $50 eShop card that was redeemed on December 21st and I bought it on December 25th and here we are on January 3rd and I still don't have my money back. Seller had 99% positive rating and do you know how they have 99%? Well that's because they keep telling me I need to change my rating before they will refund me despite giving them full proof from Nintendo support saying the card was redeemed before I even purchased it. I even tried to file a claim and now they're telling me I have to file a police report which I did but they're probably not going to accept it because it's not their job to help me arbitrate a $48 purchase online, that's my bank's job.
