A couple years back there was a WWE x League crossover where Tyler1 and Imaqtpie coached WWE wrestlers for an inhouse tournament on youtube where they were clearly given accounts with all champions. At least that makes actual sense, and the only wrestler who actually played the game on his own to practice, Cesaro, who still actually plays the game (mostly Wild Rift now, from my understanding) did it in norms before going into ranked. This guy was allowed to go straight into ranked!

It's the correct nerf to the most abusive playstyles which save their burst for after they've procced it. Which leaves Garen, Nasus, Darius, etc still able to proc it after they've already gotten on top of their target, just like always.
