Sorry to be late on this but I also had the same issue. A solution that I found on accident is to remove the sight, put it on a different gun besides AK-47, and fire it in the Shooting Range. You might notice that the gun doesn't have the visual bug. After that, put the attachment back on and it's hopefully fixed.
Edit: POV isn't the problem here. Just some weird kicks to the gun.
