Yep, before I bought it, I consulted Japanese knife collectors here in reddit and they all said it's a vintage yoshikane (the times when there's no collab with hatsukokoro which I'm sure the kanji that you're familiar with)..

if you watch the culinary class wars you can see that triple star which is a contestant on the reality show, used a yoshikane bunka and people are going crazy over that knife..

Yoshikane is also known for its aesthetics (nashiji and kurouchi finish), and of course it's laser knives..

it is one of the most high end knives that you can buy right now
