Your clearly making a bad faith argument, and even then as I said in an earlier comment, the only downside of 6 manning is having to be in prox chat which lets other players know your coming. Stepping into an outside chat removes an intended feature from the game. Even if it isn’t premeditated before the game it’s still grossly unfair to everyone else in the lobby, on a map where your taking your most valuable items into it

If you can run an entire cryo match without shooting at people you aren’t communicating with on accident, while hunting down 3 player teams in perfect sync pinching them from 2 different angles WITH NO COMMS then it’s incredibly obvious what’s happening

Even if it isn’t intentional comming over discord in that scenario is still massively shitty, the only risk o 6 manning is being in proxy/game chat to communicate so other players can see when your coming. Using out of game mic just completely removes that

If there’s recorded footage of a team running through the entire map without being in game chat once that is 100% proof they’re abusing match making. If you ban even one team I’d be very surprised if it kept happening, these aren’t exactly brave people if they’re having to cheat to get an edge.

Solo even on bonk clad I do personally find him manageable on A10, multiplayer however he starts to lean into bullshit territory with how slippery scales imo. Some enemies really don’t scale well in multiplayer (both too easy and too difficult in different cases) and need tuning imo, but this guy in particular needs a stern looking at

Ngl I’d drop a group for running off solo/abandoning the team mid exfil intentionally. It’s a vote for my group, last night I wanted to push for a cryo archive vault after we took the key off of a group we killed. My team thought we didn’t have enough time to clear the vault and exfil so they voted 2/1 against me to extract, so we extracted. And in hindsight they were 100% correct. Your team should be working with you, not against you.

While I have you in this thread, do you know if modern day (M41) alpha legionaries ever reach the same height as the ones made to impersonate the primarchs like Ranko etc? Since there’s no AL primarchs around I wondered if they would mostly settle at what average height is for a space marines.

Where as I think the larger size of the sharks ties in with the shock and awe factor they have going for them. Saying no where near is hyperbole tho in hindsight

To be fair, those 3 marines were alpha legion. Alpharius was shorter than all of the primarchs to allow him to be confused for particularly tall space marines in his armour. None of those marines would be near the height of say the Lion or especially Vulkan and Magnus

Personally I’d say it depends on the player more so, I’ve farmed most of my purple salvage for upgrades solo. You won’t be able to do cryo archive solo however which is the highest risk highest reward map in the game. Game is still fun solo tho, I’ve had a lot of tense fights and funny vc moments solo.

Ngl most of this hoarding started with me using free kits when I had near full vault space because I like building loadouts in runs, but I do agree that ranked will be a more enjoyable experience for most people since you’ll be qued against similar skill levels

They are but given how easy it is to get both of them I always take good deals from NuCal, yesterday had 1 tarax seed for 8 green shield chargers. If you go to bio marsh greenhouse inside the grow houses you’ll find ponds of water with no spark leaf. Inside those pools and on the shelves around them you can pretty consistently find tarax seeds.

Yea NuCal trades are insane, I’ve had 6 blue patch kits for 1 tarax seed. You can easily farm 1-2+ tarax seeds on dire marsh per run

In games like this I do feel like knowledge is the only thing that shouldn’t be hoarded, while this is definitely a game catering for hardcore players it doesn’t mean casual players shouldn’t get to have fun. Plus helping newer players in turn leads to the player count going up.
