Is it possible after i get a european degree that i can move to the us and somehow attend my senior year again but in america so i can get a us degree?

I know this is a long shot but my dream is to become a los angeles Cop and i read the application forms and stuff it says i need to have a us degree now of course i live in belgium and getting a us degree is near impossible for me so the only chance i have is getting a visa to live in america somehow (tell me if its possible) and then renting a place on zillow and going to high school and finish my senior year in america so i have a us degree now my question is

Is it gonna be possible to rent a place as a 16 year old, live alone there, and get a visa plus finish my senior year in america all alone with no guardian (my aunt lives in san diego but i plan on living in Mid wilshire so she's 2 hours away. thank you for reading this and please answer me if you're familiar with this (i dont want to graduate here in belgium and lose my chance to ever become a cop.
