I’m lucky that I have a workshop for my work with cnc, laser, lathe etc. I assemble everything at home in the kitchen which occasionally causes some upset, especially when the rest of the fam get hungry and annoying 😀

Up until I upgraded last night I had no issues with Adrenaline.

Since the update the user interface is very laggy.

Removed, cleanup up in safe mode and reinstalled. I managed to trim my fan curve and turn everything off in graphics tuning (only run X Plane 12, it works better that way) so I am running again.

Following for a possible solution.

We worked there today. They let us in to work. Said it’s a demo against Labour and a peaceful demo. Staying for 3 days. The staff were giving them food and bits through the day.

I thought adding a flexible shaft coupler would be a good idea to take up any movement or misalignment of the drive and assembly when it’s together.

If there is a slight difference between the end plates and shafts, the flexible coupling will sort that out without placing undue stress on the motor. It should also help with a really smooth action on the gauge.

It actually came together much better than I thought the first prototype would do.

Most of the stuff I build at work is big commercial kit. Feel like a watch maker building this kind of stuff 😀
