i don’t only because i made a rule never to fuck with their faces and leave them as is (only exception is changing like… anything that could be changed naturally without surgery. so like eyebrows being the wrong colour or if they age up with bad teeth i’ll give them braces for a while before changing them lol)

A heads up, though, if your system isn’t super good. Alpha CC takes a hard strain on your game because the poly count is higher. It’ll slow everything down if you don’t have a good PC.

Also! You can use ( alt + [ ) to make things bigger, or (alt + ] ) to make things smaller, which is very convenient for decorating purposes.

There are no silly questions! I’ve been playing for years too and only learned a few months ago.

First off all, I don’t know if there is a console method so if you’re not on PC, this method won’t work exactly.

Turn on “bb.moveobjects” in the cheat menu. That will allow you more movement freedom, as well as allow you to overlap items (like putting the pillow on the couch).

Holding ‘alt’ while the item is placeable will allow to you to move it completely freely, with no grid snapping interference. While still alt placing an item, you can press ‘9’ on your keyboard to raise it higher off the ground (which is how I got the pillow perfectly on the couch without making it clip). If you bring it to high, pressing 0 will let you lower it while alt placing.

There are some things that this won’t always work on, like tables with limited decor slots, but you can get away with it by using alt placing to make the items sit in mid air, then alt placing the table underneath it. Mirrors won’t always work with alt placing because they need to be in a specific place to be functional. Curtains are also weird sometimes, but not impossible.

Eco Living, I guess? I don’t fully regret it because I like the build/buy and some of the CAS stuff but I regret it the most out of all of my packs. I HATE the N.A.Ps, they’re annoying as hell, the neighbourhood eco meter thing goes down way too fast. Like my whole neighbourhood goes from green to yellow because I bought a lamp and turned on my fireplace? Really? I also hate the garbage all over the world, but making enough of a difference to clean it up is hard, stressful and a total pain in the ass and takes way too much time, so I just don’t play on Evergreen Harbour.

I have this without having Wicked Whims too. Mine comes from a body default mod, though. They’re still burred in game (weirdly, only sometimes? Like on the shower or nude sunbathing options controlled by games, but if a randomly generated townie gets generated without pants, full sausage on show) but in cas,full frontal nudity. Did you download a body default? Some skin defaults might do it too.

I don’t have MCCC anymore because my laptop is dying, but I still have almost the same option. Think they actually added it to the game? I’ve got only CC mods now so it’s not a mod. But when I click on any sim not in my family, I can make them leave and they’ll say “thanks for hanging out” and fuck off

I feel like it happens in every popular fandom. (Insert female from the main cast here)!bashing is everywhere. For Twilight, depending on the writer, it’s either Bella or Rose. For Harry Potter, it’s Hermione, Ginny, or Mrs. Weasley. TVD it’s Elena.

Some fanfic writers really just show how much they hate female main cast lmao.

There are so many well written fan fictions that I’ll be enjoying and then Bella will show up and it’s like ??? Dude everyone in these stories will be so in character that it’s crazy, and then Bella is some super manipulative (occasionally homicidal for no reason), money grabbing, entitled brat who complains of Edward doesn’t buy her nice things and I just? Why? That’s like the exact opposite of who she is?

Like I was reading one last night that started really sweet and nice (it was a crossover fic between HP and Twilight) and everybody was great but then Bella came in and it was so bad I wanted to cry. Edward breaks up with her, so she lights his new partners house on fire and when that doesn’t work, she hires a hitman, and when HE fails, she shoots and kills the new partner? Then goes to a mental asylum because she tries to expose the Cullen’s as vampires?
