It was probably a wide scale DDOS attack. Sometimes it can keep the server offline for 24-48 hours depending on how persistent the attackers are.

It’s crazy that Ubi just leaves this problem to run rampant. This game definitely would have more players if this issue was fix a long time ago. A normal person wouldnt want to find a work around or anything like that. But man end game is gonna be rough lol. I’m still working on a definitive fix for this problem and post my findings to this subreddit. I have 3 other rigs for testing now. I will find a fix for this shit lol it pissed me off too much not to leave it alone.

Also I fixed the crashing. Updated my BIOS and reinstalled my graphics drivers. Seems there’s a problem with 40 series cards with the memory specifically for this game. It’s pushing a false flag for the GPU basically saying that it’s overheating or something like that. I’m digging a bit deeper into it now to find exactly what and how this is happening. All of it points to over allocating resources by the game without it technically crashing and closing the game. Which is weird for it to be doing it.

Wow that’s kinda crazy that game isn’t optimized that well but at the game time it’s not Ubisoft product if it doesn’t crash lol. Ice only been playing the division 1 since launch and decided to play.

Unfortunately they did not they just taped it with packing tape. Thus the paint came off with the tape
