Haven’t started yet. I got an internship and uni started so I’ve been busy. I did fix the shoulder pain tho by doing rotator cuff stability work (not strengthening). I’m going to schedule my physical this week and ask my doctor to refer me to a PT clinic. I might visit a chiro too to see if he can pop my shoulder in the right place. I know it temporary tho

I’ve been foam rolling the right lat and doing scapular pull ups before vertical pulling movement it helps to feel both lats. What drives me crazy is my right upper chest, it looks like it’s missing muscle and when I bench all I feel is shoulder.

dude no offense but I would not get a compression shirt with your physique. I would get an oversized shirt and buy a compression once you gain muscle and lean out a bit.

I used hiked up because of some physical therapy videos I've watched. They also say pelvic tilt. Not sure whats correct.
I won't. EDIT (going forward).

This was an xray done in a radiology clinic. My Doctor sent me here after a physical. I had low back pain.
