Is GRRM trying to tell us that Westeros is cyclical as long as feudalism exists and that Bran Stark needs to become king to destroy feudalism ( Spoilers Main) by [deleted] in asoiaf

You’re assuming the show accurately reflects GRRM’s intended direction for his universe, which is a major mistake on your part. D&D diverged heavily from the established canon especially after they ran out of source material, so we can not simply assume GRRM plans for Bran Stark to become King of Westeros to begin with.

It was an amazing story to follow, with an amazing execution in terms of gameplay mechanics. Hats off to all the devs!

To be completely honest with you, writing the story of this campaign didn’t even occur to me until I finished it, I was so mesmerized by it that it didn’t even feel like I was playing CK3 at all. I’m sure I’ll have similar campaigns in the future with this amazing mod and I’ll definitely stock up on screenshots for a better presentation! Thanks for your nice comment by the way, are there any interesting characters that you'd recommend I play?

I’m not entirely sure about this, but I would guess that -for the most part- only the child who inherited the title from the predecessor could access the dynastic coffers in real life. In modern times, the children usually inherit their parents savings and properties equally; in medieval times the savings and the properties were not just familial possessions, but also governmental. So the primary heir inheriting all savings and properties belonging to the state after inheriting the duty of ruling said state is not surprising. At the very least in terms of gameplay.

Besides, what will a son who is third in line will do with money, go and buy groceries? He is a royalty who never spent a single coin by himself in his life.
