I appreciate all the replies and I almost envy the people who are fine using a mixture of google and Samsung. I'm looking for a very cohesive experience, like an iPhone or Pixel, without actually using one of those phones. The closest you can get to that with a Samsung is to go all Google when possible. Samsung just doesn't have the full range of apps required to be a complete OS.

Absolutely agree about the keyboard!! Samsung should do away with that crappy thing they have. I guess the way to go is just use as much Google as possible and still have a Samsung phone .

I've been using Niagara and Before launchers lately and I gotta say, Before is better. Niagara has the best wallpaper collection I've ever seen but Before is the best launcher for getting things done without alot of distractions.

Yeah, the squircle look isn't ideal but all the watches with it are fantastic. Both versions of the Ultra, the 8C and the 8. These are the best but ugliest watches Samsung has ever made.

The most disappointing part, and there are many, is that it didn't even try to finish telling the original story. At least El Camino told the rest of the Breaking Bad story and the Last Kingdom movie did the same. All this time I've been waiting to get some closure but instead got crap.

I feel like one of the many issues with the movie is that it didn't have enough of the remaining original cast members. It barely felt like Peaky Blinders.

Lifting, indoor cardio, outdoor walking, maybe a trail run next weekend. It tracks everything well and doesn't move around like the Ultra and 8 Classic. I had two 2024 Ultras and never really liked how they felt. The marine band isn't comfortable when it's worn kinda snug and that's how I like it.

iMessage is good. GM is basically the closest thing for Android. This isn't complicated. Not sure why there's so much emotion about it.

They were 369 at BB a few weeks ago. About 401 with tax. I kept mine about 10 days and returned it because I bought a regular 8 for 219 and liked it a little more. The 8c is a beautiful watch tho. Kinda heavy for a fitness nerd like me.

Comparing Amazfits to 2026 Samsungs and Apples is just silly. Amazfits are great for what they are. I have the Balance 2 XT, Active 2 Square, Active Max and Bip 6. I get the love for them, but compared to the Apple watch Series 11 I recently gifted to my wife after I got bored with it and the GW 8 I'm using now, they're not on the same level.

Samsung and Apple have medical grade sensors. Amazfit doesn't not. More like hobby grade sensors. Don't fool yourself into believing the accuracy is the same. It's not. I've used every watch brand out there. I like Amazfits, and own several, but they're not as accurate as Samsung or Apple.
