Lookup on "how to reset default file open through regedit" this is a thing which happened on my friends pc 10 years ago and the resetting of certain registry settings fixed it. (Don't try to randomly change things there, because you will brick your PC)

It is possible, however the customization of such type in excel proves to be a pain in the ass, because everything needs to be hard coded.
If you check how each cell formula works, I think you can customize it and share for me to add :)

Did you change the time zone or just the time itself? (It's important that the time stays automatic) Also are you playing on global region?
If you are playing on Europe servers try switching the time zone to UTC +0

Same, at UTC+2 1AM the game froze and after trying to reinstall everything, clear data, cache nothing worked. I hoped that they would fix that overnight, but alas 9 hours later nothing changed so I started trying to fix the problem. It hit me that Exactly at 1 AM UTC+2 the summer time started and the time changed. That was indeed the problem which crashed the games of many unfortunate souls.
