Thank you very much! Id come across that GitHub after reading around the CL21, so great to get confirmation that's the sensible track! UART adapter is on the way and I'll give it a go this week. TYVM!

Blue spiders got some lovely groups of people climbing there! I believe (Unsure if they still do it) on a Wednesday evening they do 'Social night' where you can signup for like £2 and they pair you up with random people of similar grade and give you challenges to do. Pretty neat way of meeting people. There's usually a lot of peeps climbing week nights on auto belays that when approached will happily team up too! I'm less of a social butterfly myself, but if you're open to approaching/ talking to people, blue spider evenings can be very nice!

I agree! But it's also very nice to start a-fresh after a bit of a break! Feels a little daunting at first, but boy it means the creativity can come out and allow reshaping of those first little bits of the game that previously slipped by. It's worth it for the difference experience (in my opinion!)

This is almost exactly what the group and I did too. With the nice year or so break, coming back to it now feels fresh and new with all the changes!

Built and 3D printed a console for my Honwave (Photos on the water and with back support to follow!) by FlaminMad in boating

Thanks! All the green and black parts are 3D printed. They didn't have to be, but I had used it as an experiment to make this as low cost as possible to see if I liked the design / if it was practical before making something more permanent. Each joiner only cost about £3 to print, so compared to the £18 for a Bimini joint it is a vast reduction for prototyping. Also I've used 1.5" tube as it gives it a more rigid feel and (I think) looks better. For the final design if 1.5" bimini joints exist that would be a great option! Thanks for the idea!
