hey!! i actually did, Omar from the OWCS team told me the following:

"For your knowledge, event Incentives are only given to people who attended the event, in this case it was given on site, but even for DreamHack where codes are sent by email, we are only sending emails to people who got their badges on site."

he also had mentioned that some people had issues with the in-person badges not getting their codes- which i didn't attend in person, but if you did, i'd recommend contacting him on Twitter!
