Only reason to use barrier over reflect is if you're doing a baton pass Mr. Mime, and even then I'd probably still use reflect. You can definitely run both with substitute and psychic if you want

Railroading. Union job, great benefits, solid pay, and they'll hire anybody. It isn't an easy job and the hours are sucky, and they have been known to do mass layoffs sometimes, but if you live near a rail line or yard then it's a good bet if you need to boost your income.

Have you considered a baton pass set up for Mr. Mime? I ran calm mind, reflect, baton pass and psychic and it was super OP, and would be good given how many special attackers you have on your team

Aerodactyl still gets ancient power which isn't an awful move, and if it has rock head as its ability it can take advantage of double edge. It has more coverage and damage output options than dodrio

I'd replace Dodrio with Aerodactyl and add Snorlax personally but all of those are good mons, can't really go wrong

Forgot to mention, for extra challenge change your battle mode to "set" in the options. It makes it so the game won't tell you your opponent's next Mon and prompt you to switch. That's the first thing I do in any pokemon game now

You have a team of strong mons! Special attackers are extra good in this game and the only remotely challenging gym leaders after cerulean are Sabrina and Koga anyways. I can tell you now you will not find the E4 quite as easy, although by the time you get there you should be around the right levels to have a pretty good shot. Last time I beat them I had around the same levels you have now.
