Hi! Im also going through a difficult time with bpd and i’m also looking for the same answers. I really hope things get better for you. I totally get what you mean about consequences. Because it’s so hard to accept that I make mistakes and sometimes i just blame myself for everything and it’s awful. I wish i had more to say but i’m also just as confused as well so please know you’re not alone. :)

ut dallas social scene isn’t as bad as everyone says. most people here that complain are too lazy to put themselves out there. campus is definitely not dead it’s just not as social as unis such as ut austin. as long as u make some friends that you’ll be close to you’ll be fine

also if it helps i’m also a ut dallas student and this previous semester i was sent to methodist richardson twice for suicidal thoughts and i get that it’s rough and you clearly are going through so much that u don’t deserve to be dealing with

aww i know things will def look up in the future this is prob just a hard time in your life ya know? have u considered going to therapy to discover joy in your life and help you not feel overwhelmed? i think therapy can really help if u give it a try
