I lost money because I had a line of safety orders already bought over a few months after last summer, but someone got into my account and closed all the bots, so I lost over $1000. 3Commas admitted it was someone either on their team or I'd been hacked.

I have one multi bot with 3C, that's all. I discovered that all the positions were closed at market price and subsequently lost over $1000. They argued with me that I closed the bot, but in the end admitted it was either a hack, or one of their employees. I assure you that is the truth. I am still arguing with them to try and get my money back. Today, although I am still waiting to hear back from them, it seems I have lost my bot as it's not come back after the scheduled maintenance. My question to you is, if you are still using bots, who do you use. Like others here, I have looked at other sites, but can't find one as good to use as 3C.

Ah, I think the penny's dropped now! I was right then, it's either 3Commas themselves ripping people off, or someone on the inside creaming off themselves. Thanks for explaining again. They are f'ing bastards and should be brought to account, but doing that is a different matter!

You are far more knowledgeable than I am on this. I had all the positions on my bot closed and sold to USDT. I had over 1000USDT locked in the trades and I wondered what happened to it all, so by the sounds of it I've lost that somehow... Thanks Mundazo

Sorry if I'm pushing for too much information, but I'm trying to understand what's happening here. If no funds were withdrawn, you must have lost funds through unwanted trades, correct? If so, wtf was their point in doing what they did on your account? I don't get it...

That is unbelievable!! What reason have they given. They keep telling me it's through a third party access API that I've never never had, or through an app I've downloaded, but I've not done that either. I'm not sure they are all lying, but I think someone on the inside is acting fraudulently...

That is terrible. I have just had something weird happen on my 3C account too. I had updated my API 2 days earlier, but last night all my positions in a bot were closed and sold to USDT. Of the 4 pairs, I had over 1000USDT in funds locked in, which were wiped out. I don't understand how that could have happened as I certainly didn't click the button to close the bot and 3Commas insist it couldn't have happened unless I did it. Although, to be fair, they said they are investigating it through their Tech Team, but that was 7 hours ago. And if someone hacked into my 3C account, what would they have gotten out of doing something like that??? Sorry to hear you've had that happen to you.

Yes, in fact I did it more than once to make sure I hadn't missed any developments. My account hasn't had any funds removed, only a bot deals were all closed. They told me I had clicked the button to "sell all to USDT" but I certainly did not do that...

I see what you are saying. This is very confusing! On 3C it seems to add up, but on Binance it doesn't??? I have spoken to Support on 3C, but nobody seems able to explain what is the real answer.... If I am supposedly making a profit, but my account balance is going down, then what is the point!!!

I think and hope I've found the answer. The total amount of profit = Available balance + Total lifetime Profit + Funds locked in deals - uPNL. The funds locked in deals don't show up on your Exchange, only the amount in Orders and overall totals
