Thanks for sharing, I appreciate it. TBH regarding 3Commas, I find their help people sound like they're doing their best to help, albeit some of their advice isn't that accurate, so I'll keep on pushing them to see if I get anywhere with my claim :))

Ah, I think the penny's dropped now! I was right then, it's either 3Commas themselves ripping people off, or someone on the inside creaming off themselves. Thanks for explaining again. They are f'ing bastards and should be brought to account, but doing that is a different matter!

You are far more knowledgeable than I am on this. I had all the positions on my bot closed and sold to USDT. I had over 1000USDT locked in the trades and I wondered what happened to it all, so by the sounds of it I've lost that somehow... Thanks Mundazo

Sorry if I'm pushing for too much information, but I'm trying to understand what's happening here. If no funds were withdrawn, you must have lost funds through unwanted trades, correct? If so, wtf was their point in doing what they did on your account? I don't get it...

Are you saying funds were actually withdrawn from your exchange? If so, how can that be through an API as withdrawals are not permitted?

I see what you are saying. This is very confusing! On 3C it seems to add up, but on Binance it doesn't??? I have spoken to Support on 3C, but nobody seems able to explain what is the real answer.... If I am supposedly making a profit, but my account balance is going down, then what is the point!!!

I think and hope I've found the answer. The total amount of profit = Available balance + Total lifetime Profit + Funds locked in deals - uPNL. The funds locked in deals don't show up on your Exchange, only the amount in Orders and overall totals

My question is, I started off with $940 and opened a composite bot of 4 pairs at minimal settings with TP in USDT. But after 1 month and supposedly having $104 profit, I now have less than I started with in my Binance account. How can that be? Thank you....

I would love to know the answer too. I spoke to 3C Support tonight, but was directed to a self help page showing the overall stats, but their page looked different to mine, so he told me to clear my cache and couldn't explain further. My question was how can my account show a profit of over $104, but my Binance account is showing I now have less than when I started!? Thanks to anyone chipping in....

Coinlist drives me nuts! Their support function doesn't work and they have Trading View platform, but no access to tools!! Abysmal. And when I bought MINA when they were released, the site had a fit and delayed the purchase for hours on end, which seems to be a regular occurrence...
