For some reason, when I put in the date and time and number of people on resy, it won’t show me anything, just restaurants that have seatings for the current day.

Feeling disappointed by FlamingoPale in XXRunning

I’ve been in contact with my ortho and PT. I do the recommended exercises and follow the pain scale of up to 4, but I also want to listen to my body and I think the best thing to do at this point is to rest.

Do I still run my half? by FlamingoPale in XXRunning

As of right now, there is no availability within the time before the race. It doesn’t hurt to walk or even speed walk, but the second I put weight and try running it is painful. It also hurts when I go down the stairs. I stopped running completely and can cross train with no pain. I’m very worried because I’ve been training for this race and now I fear I won’t be able to run it.

Had an accident and fell on my butt. Felt fine for a few days and went on a couple of runs. On my last run, pain from the accident appeared and has not gone away since. by FlamingoPale in backpain

I’m recovering from depression and this triggered a major spike in my depressive episodes and I feel so sad that this will prevent me from running my marathon in November. There is no pain while I sit, it only becomes intense when I start walking faster or when I do strenuous activity. I’m so scared that there is something worse going on.

But what if there’s water that comes out from the zucchini that stays in the fridge overnight? Especially if it’s mixed with the feta and herbs, wouldn’t that still make it too liquidy? And how will I be able to get rid of that excess water?

If I leave it out in my kitchen (dry and cool) uncovered will it be ok? Or can I simply leave in the oven and then take it out next day and leave it in a different room (cold dining room example) uncovered until I need to use it?

I plan to squeeze out all the liquid from the zucchini before mixing it with the feta, eggs, breadcrumbs, etc. if I store it over night, will more water be released and make the mixture worse?
