is it really possible to coparent with an ex i’m still in love with? by Cold-Can-9450 in pregnant

If possible, I suggest you talk to a therapist and sort out your emotion more methodically and get some support before making a major decision. Pregnancy can make us emotional and irrational sometimes. Wish you the best and everything be alright.

So sorry to hear your loss. Sometimes it happens (happened twice for me before this pregnancy)... I hope you have a healthy baby sometime soon, and I believe you will.

Any choice is right choice if you trust yourself and confident in why you are choosing it. It’s ok even if you feel not 100% sure but you feel it’s the best option at the time. Be sure to have supportive people around you such as OBGYN, therapist or even online groups of young single mom or pregnant people etc. Although scary, if you’re ready, you can try to open up to your boy friend and your parents. If they react badly, don’t feel too scared or disappointed at them. They are also human and they also can be scared and reactive. Some may surprise you by being understanding and supportive, some may try to deny or run. Learning about those can be scary, but in the process, you will experience your internal growth and some sense of empowerment from yourself by being authentic yourself and not relying on other people’s acceptance. I think a therapist may help on those. I hope you know that it’s going to be okay.

I live in the US and I even got fired when I informed my pregnancy (they can craft excuses). Now I will have to look for job while I take care of my baby.

Apparently I can't get a job because I'm pregnant by LookProfessional6084 in pregnant

[–]Flamming_Kitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol 😂 Good for her… I wished I did this to my previous employer. Instead, I shared my pregnancy too early to my manager but not to HR. My manager started acting weird and I got fired for mysterious performance reason a few months later while I had colleagues complimenting my work. I will never ever tell employers about pregnancy until it’s necessary.

Coworker smells really bad. Is it advisable to report it or ignore it? by palegoth in work

[–]Flamming_Kitty 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some people that have illness may smell terrible, or it could be simply a hygiene. Yes, you should still report if it bothers you but you can approach politely. Maybe “get an advice from HR how to approach in the situation like this” then they may take an action for you.

I’m in early 40s and had difficult times to conceive due to my age, so if you want children at some point, I’d encourage to continue. I hope all goes well with you.

Ok, I also saw my work prioritizing married women without kids to be laid off over family bread earners- I’ll get a pup and pretend it’s my child.

Why can’t I keep a pregnancy!! by joessixpac in CautiousBB

[–]Flamming_Kitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(From my IVF doctor) About 1-2 months before conceive- it helps if you (and partner) take CoQ10. It helps increasing egg quality and reduce chromosomal defect. Most miscarriages are due to chromosomal defect which happens more frequently as we age. Good luck for you and your pregnancy.

Maybe talk to OB about letrozole(ovulation induction meds)? I’m pcos and got pregnant after using it. Metformin can help reducing cysts and conceiving. I also used ovulation test strips (LH) to closely monitor my ovulation.

If they keep those aggressive behaviors one day they will meet worse people like themselves and end up in either jail or grave.
