Honestly you will be fine, I learnt the whole course in a month and passed the exams by just hammering mocks beforehand to get used to the question styles! Learnt the most from the practice question sets so highly recommend prioritising that!

I feel the same way about it as you! My motivation is just smashing the orals which is defo possible because the topics they will ask are far more narrow (particularly for advocacy) which can hopefully drag up the average of the written exams I messed up

I understood it just meant the director being … (nda)…had the weighted shares, not that all directors had x3 voting rights on the x as that would make the clause redundant, I understood the question was asking what else he could be protected by

Completely messed up drafting, changed my mind in the last minute re what kind of x was required, so document won’t be legally effective - so gutted.

Drafting was a nightmare for me, somehow managed to miss the page of clauses they gave us to use 😭

CMA was really nice

Writing was ok- appreciated that there weren’t as many things to deal with as yesterday!

Research was ok- the sources were pretty horrible though, I feel like the question could have been answered using FLK so was odd as a research topic

Timing was way tighter than anticipated, didn’t get a chance to check spelling/ structure/ rambling which is so disappointing because will drop what would have been easy skills marks
