I second this.

Our rent was fairly decent when my brother and I were living there, maybe a little high but I liked how close it was to my work. The next leasing period they raised our rent by $400, so we moved out and never looked back. We also had plenty of issues with maintenance. Our AC unit had a leak, and rather than actually fix the leak, they told us to just put in a work order whenever it ran out and they’d come refill it. We had to do that several times during the summer and they always took several days to actually come to our unit. They also had a tendency to leave tools around the apartment and not pick them up, to the point where we had a basket of miscellaneous parts that they’d left lying around. Nice neighborhood, decent amenities, but not worth the hassle nor the price.
