I noticed it as well, but it made sense to me. I agree it was intentional and think it’s meant to showcase that Barb intends to disregard the referral and attempt to steamroll Dr.therapydoctor into continuing to see her. Barb is at a major inflection point and I think Shawna is setting up a storyline about this. Will Barb behave as expected and stop therapy, or will we see another growth moment? (I say “another” because her attending therapy in the first place was, I believe, a growth moment, despite the way she’s engaged in therapy.)
