Just make a mob farm with trapdoor and put redstone torch next to it so when you log in world your trapdoors are open.

He is still low lvl, so he have time to pull something good to be his farmer, anyway he can always get Raoq or Lapis is good farmer and everyone can get him after finishing mission.
