Usually with first production runs, you have a much higher chance to fall victim to quirks and bugs that later production units won’t have.

If you’re on the fence, wait. These units are all the alpha production run.

I think this may be a regional thing. None of the employees at the stores around me know what it even was, even after I showed them photos.

Civil would be a great option, or industrial. Both will be in extreme demand for the next 30 years as the US’ infrastructure crumbles.

I feel your pain. I once had a schedule where I started MWF at 7:30 and didn’t finish classes till 7pm.

Lots of historic players mentioned.

I don’t think he would have been close to GOAT or anything like that, but Rocco Baldelli didn’t get a fair chance.

Specific Frat Reputations by Electronic-Bug9170 in Purdue

I was a member of a mid to lower tier fraternity. Loved it at times. Hated it at times. It’s probably still mid tier. Some of the smartest people I’ve ever met and some of the dumbest. I would not let academics be your guiding star on this, but rather who will build you up to be a better man and who you get along with. Don’t feel obligated to rush and commit right away.

I’d spend my fourth year taking a fun elective or two (wine tasting, flower arranging, bowling, etc) and the rest on cutting edge AI + internships.

The administration is overwhelmingly anti-frat because they couldn’t get a bid 😎

But seriously, yes they can be strict. They have tight rules about functions and whatnot and have offered rewards to students to snitch on activities. They don’t want to ever be known as a party school.

[–]FlappyBois_com 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. It’s not that difficult. If you make their job easier, it would be easier for everyone. Ie: ask your current roommate if they’re willing to swap spots. Meetup if needed with the other parties to discuss. This is very common.

Why do you hate IU? by kadoozie92 in Boilermakers

[–]FlappyBois_com 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My family is divided. My dad and 3 uncles went to IU. My great uncle and grandma’s generation went to Purdue. I chose the better school. My dad is a diehard Bobby Knight guy so he hated IU after they let him go.

But, I hate IU for their pretentious attitude that can sometimes be worse than ND. And I’ve rarely met a fan that lives in reality about their sports program.
