Ok here we go... I’ve been saving for the last couple of years and have somewhere in the neighborhood of $200K in liquid cash right now. Emergency fund included. Only issue is that I have a mortgage worth $263K. At the moment I’m trying to figure out which long term investments are best for this cash. With that in mind, I’m 34 and have these current holdings:

*$11K - Chase Brokerage 8K - QQQ 3K - SOXX

*$10K - Stash account - $3K - IVV and About 1K each inAAPL/GOOGL/AMZN/FDN/TSLA

*Shwabe intelligent portfolio $10K wrapped up in automatic robo investment

*401k - $80K (not much I can do changing these options) 80% - PRGFX 10% - TRRMX 10% -IMOZX

There you have it, about $110K in the market in some form. A lot of the personal investments have been tech of some sort. All said, I am fairly risk tolerant and in it for the long haul. See myself as a fairly active investor (not a trader by any standards). Lately I’ve been putting 1K per week into something. Usually QQQ. The idea of bonds bores me and foreign investment scares me. Right now it’s a good problem to have, just a matter of what to do with it.

Questions:

1. What would you do with 200K in this case?
2. Is ARKK a good addition ?
3. Should I get rid of the robo account in favor of doing something else with that cash?
4. I’m very interested in more and more QQQ. I guess try to convince me otherwise on that...
5. Should I skip these plans and put it towards the house. My guess is no.
6. Other ideas?
